At Parishkaari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund as per the guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Note:

  • Items such as innerwear, accessories, customized orders, and sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we delivered a defective or incorrect product.

No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing an order.
  • Delayed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and images of the issue (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
  5. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Parishkaari will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., wrong size ordered), you must bear the return shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost shipments.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

6. Replacement

  • After inspecting the returned item /damaged items, we shall provide you with the replacement within 7-10 business days
