At Parishkaari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund as per the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note:
- Items such as innerwear, accessories, customized orders, and sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can request an exchange (subject to stock availability).
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we delivered a defective or incorrect product.
No Refunds for:
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Delayed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Products returned without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Parishkaari will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., wrong size ordered), you must bear the return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost shipments.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
6. Replacement
- After inspecting the returned item /damaged items, we shall provide you with the replacement within 7-10 business days
